  Went through the drive through, as there was only one car ahead of us in line. Ordered two number elevens, without drinks or chips. Took almost 10 minutes to get through the line. Anything but freaky fast....

  Come here pretty regularly never really had an issue with time it took to prepare a meal. It's Jimmy John's if you've had a Jimmy John's sub you know what to expect. Also I've never had an issue adding or removing something from a sub

  Refused to work with me so I could enjoy my favorite sub (beach club). I asked for turkey on the side so I could cook it when I get home. They refused saying they have to make their sandwiches AS ON THE MENU for their brand. However, they will make you a sandwich without mayo or add sprouts....they just won't put the cold lunch meat on the side so pregnant women don't have to worry about listeria.
  
  Should probably train employees to find solutions for customers. Pregnant women are 20 times more likely to become infected and are at risk of infecting/losing their unborn child if they do get listeriosis.
